Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 3-7 business days for in-stock items.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. All items ship via freight carriers (LTL).

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: 7-20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery window (4-hour).

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Cabinets/Shelves: Flat-pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; anti-tip hardware included for clothing storage units.

  • Hardware: Packed separately with installation instructions.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
